To provide strategic sourcing and tactical buying of goods and services to support, construct, execute, carryout, equip, maintain, operate, improve, develop, manage and superintend anywhere in the world all kinds of engineering projects, works, buildings and other constructions or conveniences of public or private utilities.

To construct, install, commission, certify, run and maintain all types of oil & gas facilities, pipelines projects, refineries and petrochemical plants, integrated control and safety system infrastructures, power and automated substations, and also to provide regular services for repairing and maintenance of all kinds of engineering installations.

To carry on the business of providing manpower development and training for all types of executives, middle management staff, junior level staff, workers, labourers (skilled and unskilled) required by engineering/technical companies; carry out any type of head hunting of multi-disciplined and dedicated professionals for world-wide mobilization and to provide consultancy and other services in connection with manpower development and training in Nigeria and abroad.
